Had to call a tech to come back out after our temp began to rise inside the house again. Chris did a very thorough job of inspecting and testing everything. He made an adjustment to the fan speed, but everything else appeared to be fine. Temp came down and stayed down through the night. We’ll see today if it rises again. Overall, we’ve been very impressed with M&S for their rapid service, professional approach and thorough investigation. Chris took his time to check everything and gave us good input about how to mitigate hot air coming in from outside and changing to another type of filter to avoid overloading the system.

Difficult to put into words that great job Damien performed at our home when cleaning all the air ducts that I assumed were relatively clean, but found them to be much dirtier than expected. Damien showed the dust and particles, spent 4+ hours cleaning them and the registers. Very personable and professional. Advised what service he would provide and what to expect in the near future. I would recommend M & S and especially Damien. Great job!

Angel assisted by Kevin and Dave did a great job of installing the humidity control unit for our enclosed lanai. They arrived promptly and were efficient in setting up their equipment and tools. Angel and Kevin asked questions about the placement of the inside unit and began their work. Dave installed the concrete slab and the outside unit after checking where we preferred placement. They selected Robert Goodin to do the electrical work and I would have no hesitation hiring him for any future work. The work they did complimented nicely and accurately the the description of the options we reviewed with Jim MacDonald the previous week. This was great service.

My neighbor recommended M and S air conditioning and did not know what to expect but my neighbor said I trust these people there may be businesses that charge less per hour but I trust these people so you should use them. We had a blower motor that went out on our AC and it was very hot here at The Villages they said that they would be at our house between two and four the service man Joe arrived at 2:30He diagnosed our failing blower motor gave me a price and signed me up for a yearly service plan which saved us a lot of money and he replaced the electrical motor in one hour I was very impressed by the quickness of the service and the professional attitude that the service man gave us. I’m very happy to a found him and S air-conditioning and I’ll be having them check my unit every six months.
